Januar 2011 hat der Gemeinsamen Bundesausschuss (<a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/dap-lexikon/gemeinsamer-bundesausschuss-g-ba/" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">G-BA</a>) die gesetzliche Aufgabe, für alle neu zugelassenen Arzneimittel mit neuen Wirkstoffen sofort nach Markteintritt eine (Zusatz-)Nutzenbewertung durchzuführen (§ 35a SGB V). Deren Ergebnis ist die Entscheidungsgrundlage dafür, wie viel die Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung für ein neues Arzneimittel mit einem neuen Wirkstoff zahlt.<br> Den Auftrag zur (frühen) Nutzenbewertung erhielt der G-BA über das Gesetz zur Neuordnung des Arzneimittelmarktes (AMNOG).
