Folglich ist in den meisten Fällen die Abgabe des rabattierten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> auch dann gesichert, wenn der Arzt kein Aut-idem-Kreuz bei der Verordnung von Betaferon<sup>®</sup> gesetzt hat und dieses für die Therapie wünscht. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Krankenkassen ohne Rabattvertrag </h3> <p> Anfang Februar letzten Jahres sind zwei Rabattverträge ausgelaufen (AOK Rheinland/Hamburg und AOK Nordost) – eine Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> ist jedoch auch bei diesen Krankenkassen in vielen Fällen weiterhin möglich. </p> <p> Dabei gilt es, Folgendes bei der Rezeptbelieferung zu beachten (Voraussetzung: Kein Aut-idem-Kreuz gesetzt, Betaferon<sup>®</sup>-Original ist verordnet): </p> <p> Besteht kein Rabattvertrag über ein Bioidentical nach Anlage 1 des Rahmenvertrages ➔ Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup>-Orginals möglich </p> <p> Besteht ein Rabattvertrag über ein Biodidentical nach Anlage 1 des Rahmenvertrages ➔ Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup>-Originals unter Anwendung Pharmazeutischer Bedenken möglich </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Pharmazeutische Bedenken korrekt anwenden </h3> <p> Mit Pharmazeutischen Bedenken hat der Apotheker die Möglichkeit, den Austausch auf ein Rabattarzneimittel zu vermeiden, wenn er dadurch (nach Beratung) den Therapieerfolg oder die Arzneimittelsicherheit gefährdet sieht. Dazu muss der Apotheker die Sonder-PZN 02567024 und den Faktor „6“ auf das Rezept drucken und eine stichpunktartige Begründung für Pharmazeutische Bedenken auf dem Rezept vermerken (inkl. Folglich ist in den meisten Fällen die Abgabe des rabattierten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> auch dann gesichert, wenn der Arzt kein Aut-idem-Kreuz bei der Verordnung von Betaferon<sup>®</sup> gesetzt hat und dieses für die Therapie wünscht. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Krankenkassen ohne Rabattvertrag </h3> <p> Anfang Februar letzten Jahres sind zwei Rabattverträge ausgelaufen (AOK Rheinland/Hamburg und AOK Nordost) – eine Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> ist jedoch auch bei diesen Krankenkassen in vielen Fällen weiterhin möglich. </p> <p> Dabei gilt es, Folgendes bei der Rezeptbelieferung zu beachten (Voraussetzung: Kein Aut-idem-Kreuz gesetzt, Betaferon<sup>®</sup>-Original ist verordnet): </p> <p> Besteht kein Rabattvertrag über ein Bioidentical nach Anlage 1 des Rahmenvertrages ➔ Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup>-Orginals möglich </p> <p> Besteht ein Rabattvertrag über ein Biodidentical nach Anlage 1 des Rahmenvertrages ➔ Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup>-Originals unter Anwendung Pharmazeutischer Bedenken möglich </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Pharmazeutische Bedenken korrekt anwenden </h3> <p> Mit Pharmazeutischen Bedenken hat der Apotheker die Möglichkeit, den Austausch auf ein Rabattarzneimittel zu vermeiden, wenn er dadurch (nach Beratung) den Therapieerfolg oder die Arzneimittelsicherheit gefährdet sieht. Dazu muss der Apotheker die Sonder-PZN 02567024 und den Faktor „6“ auf das Rezept drucken und eine stichpunktartige Begründung für Pharmazeutische Bedenken auf dem Rezept vermerken (inkl.
