Maßgeblich sind für diese Entscheidung die Einordnung in die <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/dap-lexikon/packungsgroessenverordnung/" title="zum Lexikon" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">Packungs­größenverordnung</a>, die Beurteilung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und die Frage, ob der Arzt ggf. die verordnete Menge durch einen entsprechenden Vermerk („!”) unterstrichen hat. Zwar wird nach §&nbsp;3 des Rahmenvertrags das Fehlen eines solchen Vermerks nicht mehr retaxiert, §&nbsp;6&nbsp;(3) des Rahmenvertrags verlangt ihn aber nach wie vor (regional vereinbarte Lieferverträge können hiervon abweichen). </p> <p>Die Regelungen für Mehrfachverordnungen, die dem Rahmenvertrag zu entnehmen sind, beziehen sich auf die Abgabe von Arzneimitteln. Für andere Produktgruppen, wie z.&nbsp;B. <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/dap-lexikon/hilfsmittel/" title="zum Lexikon" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">Hilfsmittel</a> und Medizinprodukte, sind sie nicht anzuwenden.
