Diese Lücke konnte Caelo schließen! </p> <p> Dimethylsulfoxid, API (DMSO) besitzt neben seinen resorptions­verbessernden Eigenschaften auch antiphlogistische, analgetische und lokal­anästhetische Wirkung. Diese nutzt man zum Beispiel in Cremes zur Lokal­behandlung beim komplexen regionalen Schmerz­syndrom (CRPS) in jeweils 50-%-iger Konzentration (NRF 2.6 und NRF 2.7). Als Antidot ist es bei Paravasaten von Zytostatika unerlässlich und gehört in jedes Notfall-Paravasate-Set. In beiden Fällen wird die Substanz als Wirk­stoff eingesetzt.
