Bei diesen ist die Zahl der zu erfüllenden Formalitäten besonders hoch. Folglich wundert es nicht, dass es sich bei den Retaxationsgründen oft um Formfehler handelt. Vor diesem Hintergrund wollten wir von unseren Lesern wissen: </p> <p> <b>„Was ist bei Ihnen der häufigste Grund für eine Hilfsmittel-Retax?“</b> </p> <p> Das Ergebnis: Häufigster Retaxierungsgrund bei Hilfsmittelrezepten ist das Fehlen einer Diagnose (26&nbsp;%), gefolgt von einer fehlenden Genehmigung (23&nbsp;%).
