Bisher war jedoch nur die Hilfsstoffqualität erhältlich. Diese Lücke konnte Caelo schließen! </p> <p> Dimethylsulfoxid, API (DMSO) besitzt neben seinen resorptionsverbessernden Eigenschaften auch antiphlogistische, analgetische und lokalanästhetische Wirkung. Diese nutzt man zum Beispiel in Cremes zur Lokalbehandlung beim komplexen regionalen Schmerzsyndrom (CRPS) in jeweils 50-%-iger Konzentration (NRF 2.6 und NRF 2.7). Als Antidot ist es bei Paravasaten von Zytostatika unerlässlich und gehört in jedes Notfall-Paravasate-Set. In beiden Fällen wird die Substanz als Wirkstoff eingesetzt.
