Apotheken haben diesbezüglich (ob eine Genehmigung vorliegt) keine Prüfpflicht, zur Retaxvermeidung ist eine Nachfrage bei der Krankenkasse jedoch empfehlenswert. </p> <p> Vor diesem Hintergrund haben wir unsere Leser gefragt: </p> <p> <b>Wie gehen Sie bei erstmaligen Cannabisverordnungen bezüglich der Genehmigung vor?</b> </p> <p> Das Ergebnis: Die Mehrheit (84 %) lässt sich die Genehmigung entweder vom Patienten vorlegen (41 %) oder versichert sich durch Rücksprache mit dem Arzt, der Krankenkasse oder dem Patienten selbst, dass eine Genehmigung vorliegt (43 %).
