Seit Anfang Februar dieses Jahres sind zwei Rabatt­verträge ausgelaufen (AOK Rheinland/Hamburg und AOK Nordost) – eine Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> ist jedoch auch bei diesen Kranken­kassen weiterhin möglich. Das folgende Praxisbeispiel verdeutlicht, wie es geht. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Praxisbeispiel </h3> <p> Ein Patient legt Ihnen in der Apotheke folgende Verordnung (KK AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, IK 104212505) vor: </p> <div> <img src="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/fileadmin/news/newsletter/2018q2/newsletter_2018-04-25_g1.jpg" width="400" border="0"> </div> <p> <br> Der Arzt hat kein Aut-idem-Kreuz gesetzt und die Apotheken­software zeigt an, dass ein alternatives Rabatt­arzneimittel nach Anlage 1 des Rahmen­vertrages abgegeben werden müsste. Aus der Kunden­karte des Patienten geht hingegen hervor, dass der Patient immer mit dem verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> versorgt worden ist. Es stellt sich die Frage, wie die Apotheke den Patienten ohne Rezept­änderung weiterhin mit Betaferon<sup>®</sup> beliefern kann. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Pharmazeutische Bedenken korrekt anwenden </h3> <p> Mit Pharmazeutischen Bedenken hat der Apotheker die Möglichkeit, den Austausch auf ein Rabatt­arzneimittel zu vermeiden, wenn er dadurch (nach Beratung) den Therapieerfolg oder die Arzneimittel­sicherheit gefährdet sieht. Dazu muss der Apotheker die Sonder-PZN 02567024 und den Faktor „6“ auf das Rezept drucken und eine stichpunkt­artige Begründung für Pharma­zeutische Bedenken auf dem Rezept vermerken (inkl.
