Für die Erhaltungsdosis wird die Dosierung in der Regel auf zweimal täglich 125 mg erhöht.</p> <p> Durch die teilbaren 125-mg-Filmtabletten kann der Patient gleich mit der 125-mg-Packung starten, für 4 Wochen 2 x täglich eine halbe Filmtablette einnehmen und dann auf 2 x 1 Filmtabletten täglich umstellen. Der Patient kommt demnach mit der ersten Packung Bosentan PUREN 125 mg Filmtabletten (OP 56) 6 statt 4 Wochen aus.
