September 2025 (Az. 12 O 212/22) hat das Landgericht Düsseldorf der Cantourage GmbH untersagt, die „Dronabinol-Lösung CAN 25 mg/ml (für NRF 22.8.)“ ohne arzneimittelrechtliche Zulassung zu vertreiben.
