Anämien, die nicht durch Eisenmangel hervorgerufen werden, wie hämolytische Anämie oder Megaloblastenanämie aufgrund eines Vitamin-B12- Mangels. <b>Nebenwirkungen:</b> Sehr häufig: Verfärbung der Faeces.
