Er richtet sich insbesondere an Menschen mit einem Risikoprofil aufgrund von Adipositas, Fettstoffwechselstörungen, Diabetes mellitus u. a. und kann zudem in der Sekundärprävention eingesetzt werden.</p> <p>Der Kurs stellt den Zusammenhang zwischen einem gesunden Lebensstil, dem Entstehen von Risikofaktoren und den Ursachen für einen Schlaganfall dar.</p> <p>In dem Kurs kommen wissenschaftlich bewährte psychologische Methoden zur Verhaltensänderung zum Einsatz. Teilnehmer werden befähigt, ihr Ernährungsverhalten zu hinterfragen, Gewohnheiten schrittweise umzustellen, Hürden zu reflektieren und Lösungsstrategien zu entwickeln.</p> <p>Der Kurs ist zeit- und ortsunabhängig. Kurze und kompakte Videos, Alltagstipps, Quizfragen und Reflexionsübungen bieten Abwechslung und sorgen dafür, das Erlernte zu behalten und im Alltag umzusetzen. Der Kurs wird von den Krankenkassen finanziert.
