ABDA-Präsident Friedemann Schmidt äußerte sich umgehend kritisch, da Apotheken ein „Bärendienst“ erwiesen würde, wenn „sich jetzt Dritte ganz salopp anbieten, den Botendienst für die Apotheke zu übernehmen, und dabei Buchstaben und Geist der gesetzlichen Regelung ignorieren“.
