Der Test ist schon seit einigen Jahren verfügbar, muss jedoch privat bezahlt werden. Die riskantere Frucht­wasser­unter­suchung wird bei Frauen mit einer Risiko­schwangerschaft bereits von den Kassen übernommen. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellten wir unseren Lesern folgende Frage: </p> <p> <b>„Sind Sie der Meinung, dass der nicht-invasive Test zur Bestimmung des Risikos der autosomalen Trisomien 13, 18 und 21 grund­sätzlich eine Kassen­leistung werden sollte?“</b> </p> <p> Das Ergebnis ist eindeutig: Die Mehrheit der ca. 2.500 Umfrage­teilnehmer ist der Meinung, dass die Kosten für den Test grundsätzlich von der GKV erstattet werden sollten (59 %). Etwa 30 % sind der Auffassung, dass die Kosten zumindest bei Risiko­schwanger­schaften übernommen werden sollten. Der Test ist schon seit einigen Jahren verfügbar, muss jedoch privat bezahlt werden. Die riskantere Frucht­wasser­unter­suchung wird bei Frauen mit einer Risiko­schwangerschaft bereits von den Kassen übernommen. Vor diesem Hintergrund stellten wir unseren Lesern folgende Frage: </p> <p> <b>„Sind Sie der Meinung, dass der nicht-invasive Test zur Bestimmung des Risikos der autosomalen Trisomien 13, 18 und 21 grund­sätzlich eine Kassen­leistung werden sollte?“</b> </p> <p> Das Ergebnis ist eindeutig: Die Mehrheit der ca. 2.500 Umfrage­teilnehmer ist der Meinung, dass die Kosten für den Test grundsätzlich von der GKV erstattet werden sollten (59 %). Etwa 30 % sind der Auffassung, dass die Kosten zumindest bei Risiko­schwanger­schaften übernommen werden sollten.
