Fraglich ist dann, ob und wie die gewünschte Menge zulasten der Gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung abgegeben werden kann. </p> <p> Zum Thema Mehrfachverordnung/Stückelung finden sich die geltenden Rahmenbedingungen im Rahmenvertrag über die Arzneimittelversorgung nach § 129 Absatz 2 SGB V. Genauer gesagt handelt es sich um die § 6 ((2) und (3)) und den § 3 Abs. 1 Nr. 7. e. des Rahmenvertrages, der neu im Rahmenvertrag geregelt wurde.<sup>1</sup> </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Erlaubte Vorgehensweisen </h3> <p> Wichtig für die richtige Vorgehensweise zum Thema Mehrfachverordnung/Stückelung ist, sich zunächst einen Überblick über die Einteilung von Xarelto<sup>®</sup> in der Packungsgrößenverordnung (PackungsV) zu verschaffen. Fraglich ist dann, ob und wie die gewünschte Menge zulasten der Gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung abgegeben werden kann. </p> <p> Zum Thema Mehrfachverordnung/Stückelung finden sich die geltenden Rahmenbedingungen im Rahmenvertrag über die Arzneimittelversorgung nach § 129 Absatz 2 SGB V. Genauer gesagt handelt es sich um die § 6 ((2) und (3)) und den § 3 Abs. 1 Nr. 7. e. des Rahmenvertrages, der neu im Rahmenvertrag geregelt wurde.<sup>1</sup> </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Erlaubte Vorgehensweisen </h3> <p> Wichtig für die richtige Vorgehensweise zum Thema Mehrfachverordnung/Stückelung ist, sich zunächst einen Überblick über die Einteilung von Xarelto<sup>®</sup> in der Packungsgrößenverordnung (PackungsV) zu verschaffen.
