In vielen Arznei­mittel­liefer­ver­trägen ist verein­bart, dass die Apotheke Misch­ver­ordnungen nicht beliefern darf. Die Apotheke muss entweder die Hilfs­mittel oder die Arznei­mittel auf der ärztlichen Verordnung streichen, ansonsten wird die Kasse die zu streichenden Präparate aus­wählen und deren Erstattung verweigern. In den meisten Liefer­ver­trägen ist vereinbart, dass das Hilfs­mittel von der Verordnung zu streichen ist (z.
