In vielen Arzneimittellieferverträgen ist vereinbart, dass die Apotheke Mischverordnungen nicht beliefern darf. Die Apotheke muss entweder die Hilfsmittel oder die Arzneimittel auf der ärztlichen Verordnung streichen, ansonsten wird die Kasse die zu streichenden Präparate auswählen und deren Erstattung verweigern. In den meisten Lieferverträgen ist vereinbart, dass das Hilfsmittel von der Verordnung zu streichen ist (z.
