Eine reine Wirkstoffverordnung (z. B. „X mg Trastuzumab in X ml NaCl 0,9 % zur i.v.-Infusion“) ist nicht möglich und birgt ein Retaxationsrisiko für die Apotheke. </p> <p> Deshalb ist bei einer reinen Wirkstoffverordnung eine Rücksprache mit dem Arzt erforderlich, um das verordnete Produkt zu konkretisieren.
