Es bietet einen Preisvorteil von 10&nbsp;Prozent gegenüber dem Referenzarzneimittel Herceptin^®.^1,* </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> In Kürze: Was ist ein Biosimilar? </h3> <p> Biosimilars weisen die identische Aminosäuresequenz auf wie das zugrundeliegende Biologikum, können sich aber z.&nbsp;B. im Glykosylierungsprofil geringfügig von ihrem Referenzarzneimittel unterscheiden.² Die Zulassung eines Biosimilars durch die EMA erfordert den Nachweis der qualitativen, nichtklinischen und klinischen Vergleichbarkeit mit dem Referenzarzneimittel.² </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Biosimilars und „aut idem“ </h3> <p> Der Aut-idem-Austausch von Biologika ist in der Apotheke streng reglementiert: Es dürfen nur Bioidenticals ausgetauscht werden, die in Anlage&nbsp;1 des Rahmenvertrages explizit aufgeführt sind. Trazimera^® ist hier nicht genannt.³ </p> <p> Das bedeutet: Ist Trazimera^® verordnet, darf nur dieses abgegeben bzw. verarbeitet werden. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Wichtig: Eindeutige Verordnung </h3> <p> Da Biosimilars und ihr Referenzarzneimittel in der Apotheke nicht „aut idem“ austauschbar sind, muss der Arzt das Arzneimittel, welches abgegeben oder verwendet werden soll, eindeutig anhand des Produktnamens verordnen. Eine reine Wirkstoffverordnung (z.&nbsp;B. „X&nbsp;mg Trastuzumab in X&nbsp;ml NaCl 0,9&nbsp;% zur i.v.-Infusion“) ist nicht möglich und birgt ein Retaxationsrisiko für die Apotheke. </p> <p> Deshalb ist bei einer reinen Wirkstoffverordnung eine Rücksprache mit dem Arzt erforderlich, um das verordnete Produkt zu konkretisieren.
