Entsprechende Rezepte gehen nicht in den relevanten Fertigarzneimittelumsatz ein. Im umgekehrten Fall wird die Abgabe eines rabattierten Imports auch nicht der Importquote angerechnet. </p> <p><b>4. Was ist bei Original-/Importverordnungen mit Aut-idem-Kreuz zu beachten?</b></p> <p>Ein Aut-idem-Kreuz allein verhindert nicht den Austausch von Original und Importen. Ein rabattiertes Original- bzw. Importarzneimittel muss demnach auch bei gesetztem Aut-idem-Kreuz vorrangig abgegeben werden.
