Immer häufiger sind neben dem Original gleichzeitig auch Importarzneimittel rabattiert. Deshalb stellt sich die Frage, wie sich die Abgabe von Rabattarzneimitteln auf die Importquote auswirkt – im Folgenden die Antwort anhand eines Beispiels. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Rezeptbeispiel: </h3> <p> <img class="image-topthema" src="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/fileadmin/news/newsletter/2018q4/newsletter_2018-11-28_g1.png" width="660" vspace="10"> </p> <p> Ausgehend von einem solchen Rezept könnten beispielsweise folgende Rabattverträge von der Apothekensoftware angezeigt werden: </p> <p> <img class="image-topthema" src="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/fileadmin/news/newsletter/2018q4/newsletter_2018-11-28_g2.png" width="660" vspace="10"> <small style="font-size:11px;"> Abb.: Ausschnitt aus der ADG-Software, % = Rabattarzneimittel, roter Kasten: HUMIRA<sup>®</sup> von AbbVie ist rabattiert und zusätzlich zuzahlungsfrei. </small> </p> <p> HUMIRA<sup>®</sup> von AbbVie ist in diesem Fall neben verschiedenen Importarzneimitteln rabattiert und zusätzlich von der gesetzlichen Zuzahlung befreit. </p> <p> Die Apotheke darf grundsätzlich unter allen verfügbaren Rabattarzneimitteln frei wählen (vgl. § 4 Abs. 2 Rahmenvertrag<sup>1</sup>). Sind also Originalarzneimittel und Import(e) gleichzeitig rabattiert, darf auch das rabattierte Original ausgewählt und abgegeben werden – unabhängig davon, ob das Original oder ein Import verordnet wurde. </p> <div class="box" style="border:1px solid #d9d9d9; padding:4px; margin-bottom:15px; color: #555555;"> <p> <b>Bezüglich der Importquote gilt:</b> Jegliche Rabattarzneimittel werden gemäß § 5 Abs. 3 des Rahmenvertrages<sup>1</sup> nicht in die Berechnung der Importquote einbezogen.
