Das Arzneimittel wird zur Verkürzung der Dauer von Neutropenien sowie zur Verminderung der Häufigkeit neutropenischen Fiebers bei erwachsenen Patienten, die wegen einer malignen Erkrankung mit zytotoxischer Chemotherapie behandelt werden (mit Ausnahme von chronisch-myeloischer Leukämie und Myelodysplastischem Syndrom), eingesetzt.<sup>1</sup> Neulasta<sup>®</sup> ist mit einer Wirkstärke (6 mg) in der Darreichungsform Fertigspritze und On-Body Injektor (Onpro<sup>®</sup>-Kit) im Handel. </p> </font> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Rezeptbelieferung: Kein Aut-idem-Austausch bei Neulasta<sup>®</sup> </h3> <p> Hinsichtlich der Rezeptbelieferung in der Apotheke gelten für Biologicals besonders strenge Vorgaben: Ausgetauscht werden dürfen nur diejenigen Arzneimittel, die in Anlage 1 zum Rahmenvertrag gelistet sind. Diese gelten als „Bioidenticals“ und weisen damit den gleichen Wirkstoff, die gleichen Ausgangsstoffe und den gleichen Herstellungsprozess auf.
