GKV-Versicherte rabattiert. Seit Anfang Februar letzten Jahres sind zwei Rabattverträge ausgelaufen (AOK Rheinland/Hamburg und AOK Nordost) – eine Abgabe des verordneten Betaferon<sup>®</sup> ist jedoch auch bei diesen Kranken­kassen in vielen Fällen weiterhin möglich. Besonders wichtig ist dieser Aspekt im Hinblick auf eine gleichbleibende MS-Therapie. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Besondere Austauschbarkeit von Biologicals </h3> <p> Biotechnologisch hergestellte Arzneimittel (Biologicals) werden in zwei Gruppen unterteilt: Biosimilars (unterschiedlicher Herstellungsprozess) und Bioidenticals (gleicher Herstellungsprozess). Im Rahmen der Rezeptbelieferung dürfen ausschließlich Bioidenticals gegeneinander ausgetauscht werden. Daher ist in den meisten Fällen die Abgabe von Betaferon<sup>®</sup> für einen MS-Patienten gesichert; dies ist besonders bedeutend im Hinblick auf eine gleich­bleibende Arzneimittel­therapie. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Bisherige Therapie erhalten </h3> <p> In den seltenen Fällen, in denen Betaferon<sup>®</sup> kein Rabatt­arznei­mittel ist und ein Bioidentical nach Anlage 1 zum Rahmenvertrag rabattiert ist, kann Betaferon<sup>®</sup> dennoch abgegeben werden. Ist der Patient auf Betaferon<sup>®</sup> eingestellt und hat der Arzt das Aut-idem-Kreuz nicht gesetzt, so kann das verordnete Arznei­mittel auch dann abgegeben werden. In diesem Fall muss der Apotheker Pharmazeutische Bedenken geltend machen und eine stichpunkt­artige Begründung auf das Rezept aufbringen (inkl. Datum und Handzeichen).
