Geregelt wurde in erster Linie der Mehrfach­vertrieb, der aufgrund seiner Zuordnung zum generischen Markt Probleme bei der Abgabe verursachte. Der Begriff „generischer Markt“ wird komplett aus dem Vertrag entfernt. Die Änderungen treten größten­teils zum 1.
