Das ist der Umsatz, den eine Apotheke theoretisch generieren würde, wenn sie bei allen Verordnungen im importrelevanten Markt immer das Original abgegeben hätte. Um das Ziel zu erreichen, ist ein bestimmter Anteil an preisgünstigen Importen abzugeben. Zwar können auch nicht preisgünstige Importe abgegeben werden, diese werden für das Einsparziel aber nicht berücksichtigt. </p> <p> Betrachtet werden die Einsparungen pro Krankenkasse und über einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten. Die Bonus-Malus-Regelung, wie sie schon bei der alten Importquote existierte, bleibt erhalten. Das Apothekenpersonal kann eine Substitution aufgrund Pharmazeutischer Bedenken unterbinden, sofern der Anwendungs- und Therapieerfolg gefährdet ist. Im Fokus sollte die gleichbleibende Therapie für den Patienten stehen. In einem solchen Fall empfiehlt das DAP, das Rezept mit der Sonder-PZN 02567024 und der entsprechenden Kennziffer zu versehen.
