B. aufgrund einer geringen therapeutischen Breite). </p> <p> Mittlerweile sind eine Reihe von Wirkstoffen definiert worden, bei denen ein Austausch generell untersagt ist. Die Wirkstoffe der Substitutionsausschlussliste sind in Teil B der Anlage VII zur Arzneimittel-Richtlinie mit den zugehörigen Darreichungsformen aufgeführt. </p> <p> Das generelle Austauschverbot bedeutet, dass Apotheken ein Arzneimittel mit einem Wirkstoff der Substitutionsausschlussliste nicht austauschen dürfen – auch nicht im Notdienst oder wenn es ggf. Rabattverträge für wirkstoffgleiche Arzneimittel gibt. B. aufgrund einer geringen therapeutischen Breite). </p> <p> Mittlerweile sind eine Reihe von Wirkstoffen definiert worden, bei denen ein Austausch generell untersagt ist. Die Wirkstoffe der Substitutionsausschlussliste sind in Teil B der Anlage VII zur Arzneimittel-Richtlinie mit den zugehörigen Darreichungsformen aufgeführt. </p> <p> Das generelle Austauschverbot bedeutet, dass Apotheken ein Arzneimittel mit einem Wirkstoff der Substitutionsausschlussliste nicht austauschen dürfen – auch nicht im Notdienst oder wenn es ggf. Rabattverträge für wirkstoffgleiche Arzneimittel gibt. Probleme können entstehen, wenn das verordnete Präparat nicht lieferbar ist, denn auch dann ist ein Wechsel ohne Rücksprache mit dem Arzt und entsprechender Rezeptänderung nicht erlaubt. </p> <p> Eine Ausnahme stellt die Situation bei Original und darauf bezugnehmend zugelassenen Importen dar: da diese Präparate als identisch gelten, ist trotz Substitutionsverbot ein Austausch möglich (und im Rahmen von Rabattverträgen auch erforderlich). </p> <p> Welche Wirkstoffe derzeit auf der Substitutionsausschlussliste aufgeführt sind und weiterführende Links finden Sie in der DAP-Rubrik „Substitutionsausschlussliste“: </p> <p> <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/substitutionsausschlussliste/" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">» DAP-Rubrik „Substitutionsausschlussliste“</a> </p> </font> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </th> </tr> </tbody> </table>
