B. „Filgrastim 30 Mio. E/0,5ml 5 St.“, ist Vorsicht geboten bzw. besteht die Gefahr einer Retaxation. Denn nur ausgehend von einem konkreten Produkt wird der richtige Austausch in der Apothekensoftware angezeigt. Daher empfiehlt es sich, bei einer reinen Wirkstoffverordnung den Arzt um die Neuausstellung eines Rezeptes mit eindeutiger Angabe eines Präparates zu bitten. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Namentliche Verordnung eines Präparates </h3> <p> Verordnet der Arzt ein Präparat eindeutig unter seinem Namen, muss im Rahmen von Rabattverträgen ein Austausch auf das rabattierte Arzneimittel vorgenommen werden (lt. § 4 <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/dap-lexikon/rahmenvertrag/" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">Rahmenvertrag</a>).
