Damit rückt das Inkrafttreten der Teillegalisierung von Cannabis immer näher. Die letzte Hürde vor Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes ist die Beratung im Bundesrat, vorgesehen am 22.03.2024. Da das Gesetz nicht zustimmungspflichtig ist, kann sein Inkrafttreten grundsätzlich nicht verhindert werden.
