Doch ganz vermeiden lassen sich Retaxationen erfahrungsgemäß nicht und die Entscheidung, ob und wann ein Einspruch erfolgversprechend ist, muss in jedem Einzelfall neu gefällt werden. Manchmal gibt es auch regelrechte Retaxwellen, bei denen sich oft die Frage nach der Verhältnismäßigkeit stellt. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass die meisten Retaxationen mit der flächendeckenden Einführung des E-Rezeptes endlich der Vergangenheit angehören. </p> <p> Da uns das Papierrezept aber vorerst noch begleiten wird, möchten wir eine größere Erhebung zum Thema Retaxationen starten: Was sind typische Gründe, wie hoch sind die Retaxsummen, wer retaxiert auffällig häufig?
