Der Deutsche Apothekerverband und der Spitzenverband der Gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung konnten sich nach langen Verhandlungen einigen. Unter anderem wurden Abschläge für Wirkstoffe bzw. Fertigarzneimittel bestimmt, die seit dem 01.02.2018 (seit dem Schiedsspruch) generisch wurden bzw. neu auf den Markt gekommen sind. Zum Teil ist zusätzlich die Rückwirkung von Abschlägen vereinbart. Die Einigung wurde von der Arbeitsgemeinschaft parenterale Zubereitungen (ARGE PareZu) bereits kritisiert, da es z.
