Oktober 2018 traten (neue) Festbeträge u. a. für die Wirkstoffe Filgrastim, Pregabalin und Valproinsäure in Kraft. Werden Festbeträge neu festgelegt oder geändert, kann es für Apotheken zu Lagerwertverlusten kommen. </p> <p> Einige pharmazeutische Unternehmen gleichen den Apotheken entstehende Lagerwertverluste aus, verpflichtet dazu sind sie jedoch nicht. Vor diesem Hintergrund wollten wir wissen: </p> <p> <b>Wie sollten Lagerwertverlustausgleiche Ihrer Meinung nach gehandhabt werden?</b> </p> <p> Das Ergebnis ist eindeutig: die große Mehrheit (91 %) der über 1.800 Teilnehmer ist der Meinung, dass die pharmazeutischen Unternehmer die Lagerwertverluste grundsätzlich erstatten sollten – zum einen, weil Apotheken laut § 15 ApBetrO gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind, Arzneimittel vorrätig zu halten (49 %), und zum anderen, weil die Lagerhaltung des Medikaments schließlich dem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen zugutekommt (42 %). Einige Teilnehmer (6 %) sind hingegen der Meinung, dass Lagerwertverluste nicht verpflichtend erstattet werden müssen; wichtiger wäre eine rechtzeitige Information über die Preissenkungen.
