Die Apotheken stellt das vor die Herausforderung, die Patienten adäquat zu versorgen. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Wie gehen Apothekenmitarbeiter vor, wenn eine verordnete Packung nicht lieferbar ist? </h3> <p> Eine Kurzumfrage des DeutschenApothekenPortals hat ergeben, dass etwas mehr als die Hälfte der Apothekenmitarbeiter (51 %) in solchen Fällen das Rezept vom Arzt auf eine lieferbare Packung ändern lässt – das Vorgehen also mit einem deutlichen Mehraufwand verbunden ist. 28 Prozent der Befragten geben hingegen ohne Rezeptänderung die nächstkleinere Packungsgröße ab und informieren anschließend den Arzt darüber.
