In dieser wird nun die Preisbildung für Leistungen nach § 31 Abs. 6 SGB V, <b>also Cannabis in Form von getrockneten Blüten, Extrakten und Dronabinol</b>, geregelt. Ziel der neuen Preisbildung ist es, die Ausgaben der GKV für medizinisches Cannabis um 25 Mio. Euro pro Jahr zu senken.
