Rund 20 % der Versicherten zahlen freiwillig durchschnittlich etwa 136 € dazu, um eine Komfortleistung oder höherwertige Versorgung zu erhalten, besonders bei Hörhilfen, Inhalations- und Atemtherapiegeräten sowie bei Kranken- und Behindertenfahrzeugen.</p> <p> Das 2017 beschlossene Heil- und Hilfsmittelversorgungsgesetz (HHVG) verpflichtet die Anbieter der Gesundheitsleistungen, GKV-Versicherten immer mehrkostenfreie Hilfsmittel anzubieten und diese über ihren Versorgungsanspruch (Sachleistungsprinzip) zu informieren.
