Bisher war es ausreichend, wenn der Apothekeninhaber einen Heilberufsausweis besaß. Mit dem Start der E-Rezepte im Januar 2022 wird sich dies allerdings ändern, denn sobald eine Änderung am Rezept erforderlich ist, führt am elektronischen Heilberufsausweis (eHBA) kein Weg mehr vorbei (§ 17 Abs. 5 Satz 4 ApBetrO). Jede Änderung einer elektronischen Verordnung muss mit einer qualifizierten elektronischen Signatur (QES) versehen werden.
