Auch bei der Impfung gegen Masern, Mumps und Röteln (MMR) ist über die letzten 10 Jahre ein leichter Anstieg der Impfquote zu beobachten – besonders bei der 2. Impfstoffdosis.<sup style="line-height:0;">1</sup> </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Trotz gutem Niveau: Abzüge in der B-Note </h3> <p> Wo Licht ist, da ist auch Schatten: Jedoch wurden bei allen Impfungen die empfohlenen Alterszeitpunkte nicht eingehalten, Impfserien blieben unvollständig und einige Kinder erhielten manche Impfungen gar nicht. Dabei werden junge Kinder schon durch ein zu spätes Impfen unnötig lang einer Infektionsgefahr ausgesetzt.<sup style="line-height:0;">1</sup> Nicht zeitgerechte Impfungen können dazu führen, dass: </p> </font> <ul> <li><font style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;color:#555555;" size="1" face="Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;" color="#555555">das vollständige Impfpotenzial nicht ausgeschöpft werden kann, z. B. bei der Impfung gegen humane Papillomviren (HPV).<sup style="line-height:0;">1</sup></font></li> <li><font style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;color:#555555;" size="1" face="Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;" color="#555555">ein höheres Risiko für Impfkomplikationen besteht, wie etwa bei der Impfung gegen Rotaviren.<sup style="line-height:0;">1</sup></font></li> </ul> <font style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:14px;line-height:20px;color:#555555;" size="1" face="Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;" color="#555555"> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> Beispiel: Impfung gegen Masern, Mumps, Röteln – nationale Ziele verfehlt </h3> <p> Für Masern, Mumps und Röteln (MMR) sind fast ausschließlich Kombinationsimpfstoffe verfügbar. Daher sind die Impfquoten hierfür nahezu identisch. Für die 1. Impfung gegen Masern bei Kleinkindern im Alter von 15 Monaten liegt die bundesweite Impfquote bei 83,5 %. Auffällig ist hierbei auch die Heterogenität der Impfquote auf Kreisebene. So sind z. B. 59,1 % der Kinder in Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Bayern) gegen MMR geimpft, in Neunkirchen (Saarland) 94,6 %. Somit wird das Ziel des nationalen Masernaktionsplans für die 1. Masernimpfung eine Impfquote von 95 % bei Kleinkindern im Alter von 15 Monaten zu erzielen nach wie vor in allen Kreisen verfehlt.<sup style="line-height:0;">1</sup> </p> <p> Insbesondere die Gabe der 2. Masernimpfung erfolgte mit großem Zeitverzug. Hier liegen die Impfquoten erst im 6. Lebensjahr auf dem Niveau der Werte, die in den Schuleingangsuntersuchungen beobachtet werden: Auf Bundesebene sind 93,1 % der Kinder zweimal gegen Masern geimpft. Isotretinoin ist teratogen (= fruchtschädigend) und somit kontraindiziert während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit. Die Einnahme während der Schwangerschaft kann zu fetalen Missbildungen und spontanen Aborten führen.
