Laut Patient soll er das Arzneimittel als Take-Home erhalten. Dementsprechend müsste auf dem Rezept doch „ST“ angegeben sein.</p> <p>Außerdem haben wir weder mit dem Verordner noch mit dem Patienten einen Vertrag zur Substitution abgeschlossen.
