Das Recht des Abgebenden zur Korrektur oder Ergänzung einer fehler­haften Verordnung wurde im Juni 2016 im bundes­weit gültigen Rahmen­vertrag über die Arznei­mittel­versorgung gemäß § 129 Abs. 2 SGB V genauer definiert. Auch im neuen Rahmenvertrag vom 1. Juli 2019 ist der entsprechende Paragraph zu finden.
