Dadurch muss dann der verordnende Arzt keine extra Begründung für eine Mehrfachverordnung (wie z. B. früher das Ausrufezeichen) auf dem Rezept notieren. B. „Mestinon 60 mg 3 x N3“, auf. Muss dann für diese einzelne Zeile noch ein Vermerk („!“ oder „Menge ärztlich begründet“) durch den Arzt gemacht werden?</p> <p> Laut Verband können solche Verordnungen gar nicht mehr auftreten, da dies in den aktuellen Arztsoftwareprogrammen nicht mehr möglich sein soll. Bei uns werden solche Verordnungen jedoch immer noch häufig vorgelegt.
