Dieser Gesichtspunkt sollte in der Apotheke bei einem möglichen Austausch, etwa aufgrund von Rabattverträgen oder einem grundsätzlich möglichen Aut-idem-Ersatz, berücksichtigt werden. Im Fokus sollte die gleichbleibende Therapie für den Patienten stehen. Um diese zu unterstützen, ist es auch möglich, den Arzt um eine Verordnung mit Aut-idem-Kreuz zu bitten. Andernfalls kann der Apothekenmitarbeiter die Substitution wegen <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/pharmazeutische-bedenken/" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">Pharmazeutischer Bedenken</a> umgehen. Dieser Gesichtspunkt sollte in der Apotheke bei einem möglichen Austausch, etwa aufgrund von Rabattverträgen oder einem grundsätzlich möglichen Aut-idem-Ersatz, berücksichtigt werden. Im Fokus sollte die gleichbleibende Therapie für den Patienten stehen. Um diese zu unterstützen, ist es auch möglich, den Arzt um eine Verordnung mit Aut-idem-Kreuz zu bitten. Andernfalls kann der Apothekenmitarbeiter die Substitution wegen <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/pharmazeutische-bedenken/" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">Pharmazeutischer Bedenken</a> umgehen.
