Juli 2019 in Kraft treten soll, wird sich voraussichtlich auch die Regelung zur Abgabe von preisgünstigen Importen komplett ändern. Die Importquote, wie sie jetzt definiert ist, wird es dann nicht mehr geben. Das bedeutet, dass die Bonus-Malus-Regelung entfällt und damit auch die angesammelten „Importboni“ der Apotheken. </p> <p> Ein Importbonus entsteht durch eine „Übererfüllung der Importquote“ und wird mit einem gegebenenfalls anfallenden Malus verrechnet. Für Apotheken handelt es sich um ein fiktives Guthaben, das sie durch die Abgabe von preisgünstigen Importen erreicht haben, für die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen um tatsächliche Zusatzeinsparungen. Ein solches Importguthaben sammeln Apotheken vor allem bei den Krankenkassen an, zulasten derer sie viele Rezepte beliefern und die demnach mitgliederstark sind, zum Beispiel Allgemeine Ortskrankenkassen oder die Techniker Krankenkasse. Die Importquote, wie sie jetzt definiert ist, wird es dann nicht mehr geben. Das bedeutet, dass die Bonus-Malus-Regelung entfällt und damit auch die angesammelten „Importboni“ der Apotheken. </p> <p> Ein Importbonus entsteht durch eine „Übererfüllung der Importquote“ und wird mit einem gegebenenfalls anfallenden Malus verrechnet. Für Apotheken handelt es sich um ein fiktives Guthaben, das sie durch die Abgabe von preisgünstigen Importen erreicht haben, für die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen um tatsächliche Zusatzeinsparungen. Ein solches Importguthaben sammeln Apotheken vor allem bei den Krankenkassen an, zulasten derer sie viele Rezepte beliefern und die demnach mitgliederstark sind, zum Beispiel Allgemeine Ortskrankenkassen oder die Techniker Krankenkasse.
