Die Antwort liefert § 5 Abs. 3 Rahmen­vertrag: Dort ist geregelt, dass abgegebene Rabatt­arznei­mittel nicht bei der Ermittlung des zugrunde­liegenden Fertig­arznei­mittel­umsatzes berück­sichtigt werden und somit nicht in die Import­quote einfließen.<sup><small style="font-size:11px;">1</small></sup> </p> <div class="box" style="border:1px solid #d9d9d9; padding:4px; margin-bottom:15px; color: #555555;"> <p> <b>Merke:</b> Die Abgabe eines rabattierten Imports kommt der Import­quote nicht zugute.
