Insgesamt zwölf Vor-Ort-Apotheken aus zwölf unterschiedlichen Städten in Nordrhein-Westfalen wurden vom WDR getestet. Dabei entschied sich der Sender für ein einfaches, in Apotheken übliches Szenario. Dadurch kann es dazu kommen, dass ein Patient, der die Bedienung eines bestimmten Inhalationsgerätes gewohnt ist, aufgrund von <a target="_blank" href="https://www.deutschesapothekenportal.de/rezept-retax/dap-lexikon/rabattvertrag/" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">Rabattverträgen</a> nun ein andersartiges Inhalationssystem erhält.
