Anlass dafür ist, dass Krankenkassen dies bei der Rezeptprüfung offenbar in vielen Fällen nicht berücksichtigen und einen Austausch auf ein Rabattarzneimittel fordern. Damit werden teils unberechtigte Retaxationen ausgesprochen.
