Müssen wir zu jeder einzelnen Verordnung für den immer selben Patienten jeweils eine Genehmigung durch die entsprechende Kranken­kasse beantragen?</p> <p>Dem Gesetz kann ich diese Information nicht entnehmen. Zu Beginn der Therapie wurde die Genehmigung zur Versorgung und die Kosten­über­nahme von der Kranken­kasse erteilt.
