Seitdem wurden kritische Stimmen laut, die Impfkampagne hätte nicht unterbrochen werden sollen. Diese Stimmen mögen am Ende Recht behalten, das deuteten die Ausführungen der Exekutivdirektorin der EMA an. Doch könnte tatsächlich ein kausaler Zusammenhang zwischen Thrombopenien und COVID-19-Impfungen bestehen.
