Das fehlende „A“ sehen viele Krankenkassen zudem nicht als unbedeutenden Formfehler, sondern als einen Fehler, der die gesamte Verordnung ungültig macht – und damit eine Null-retaxation rechtfertigt. Das Sozialgericht Nordhausen bestätigte dies kürzlich mit einem Urteil.
