Nicht die Krankenkasse sollte die Menge des Arzneimittels bestimmen, sondern die Entscheidung des verordnenden Arztes.<br> Zudem ist die bisherige Regelung des § 6 Rahmenvertrag, dass bei höheren Verordnungsmengen lediglich Vielfache der durch die größte Messzahl der Packungsgrößenverordnung bestimmte Menge oder Stückzahl abgegeben werden dürfen, auch keineswegs immer wirtschaftlich.
