Die Apotheke hat daher das ständige Problem, sich zwischen einer therapiegerechten, ärztlich gewünschten Versorgung – die sie gegebenenfalls anschließend selbst bezahlen muss – oder der für die Krankenkasse vermeintlich „wirtschaftlichsten“ Abgabe zu entscheiden.
