Keine Austauschbarkeit von FORSTEO<sup>®</sup> durch Biosimilars </h3> <p> Biotechnologisch hergestellte Arzneimittel wie FORSTEO<sup>®</sup> dürfen nach § 9 Abs. 3 Rahmenvertrag<sup>1</sup> nur im Rahmen der Aut-idem-Regelung ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie explizit in Anlage 1 des Rahmenvertrags genannt sind. FORSTEO<sup>®</sup> ist dort nicht aufgeführt. Deshalb gilt: Ist FORSTEO<sup>®</sup> verordnet, darf es in der Apotheke nicht durch ein Biosimilar ausgetauscht werden. </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> 2. Abgabe von Original- vs. Importprodukt </h3> <p> Original- und Importarzneimittel gelten als identisch, auch bei Biologika. Dementsprechend sind die Rabattverträge zu beachten. Ein rabattiertes Original- bzw. Importprodukt ist immer vorrangig vor nicht rabattierten Präparaten abzugeben. Sind mehrere Rabattarzneimittel verfügbar, darf die Apotheke unter diesen frei wählen. </p> <p> <b>Zusatzinfo:</b> Original und Import sind auch dann austauschbar, wenn der Arzt ein Aut-idem-Kreuz gesetzt hat (vgl. § 9 Abs. 1 RV).* </p> <p> FORSTEO<sup>®</sup> ist deutschlandweit für eine Vielzahl der GK-Versicherten rabattiert. </p> <p> <a href="https://www.deutschesarztportal.de/arzneimittel/aktuelle-rabattvertraege/rabattvertraege-zu-originalen/detail/produkt/388/" target="_blank" style="text-decoration:none;color:#005CA9;">» Zur Übersicht der Rabattverträge</a> </p> <h3 style="font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size: 14px;color:#005CA9;margin-top:10px;margin-bottom:10px;"> 3.
